As summer ends and with fall right around the corner, it’s an excellent time to start your fall lemonade cleanse. With Halloween on the horizon, it’s time to look your best in that costume you’ve been waiting to show off. Doing the cleanse at this time of the year is recommended by most cleansers and I explain why in my e-book.

I find a lot of cleansers like to do their cleanse around this time because it allows them to cut some extra weight before Halloween and Thanksgiving, all while giving their bodies a reset by cleansing them of those toxins they’ve accumulated throughout the year.

If you are thinking of doing a cleanse now or before thanksgiving, make sure you give yourself enough time to go through the pre and post cleanse periods before you consume that heavy holiday food. It’s vital that your body readjusts prior to stuffing your face with the delicious holiday food. We don’t want to mistreat our body. Instead, lets thank it for providing us a healthy year and make it even stronger by giving it a break from that greasy and sugary food.

Happy cleansing!

It’s summer time and you want to look good. If you’re fortunate enough to be near an ocean, you know that beach time is right around the corner. Looking good in a bikini or swimming trunks can be the motivation you need to do a cleanse right before summer hits its peak.

Looking good in minimal clothing is not the only good reason to do the cleanse. Summer time is usually when people tend to be outdoors. School’s out. Vacations are taken. Couples are getting married. In the world of sports, playoffs have usually taken place by now, so there’s a lot less people watching ESPN and many more actually playing sports.

It’s a great time to get fit. It’s a great time to cleanse your body. A summer cleanse is a great way to start your summer by getting rid of that extra fat you might have accumulated from the first half of the year. Add on the feeling of refreshment and mental clarity many feel after doing the cleanse, and you’re ready to take on the summer with opens arms and a sharp mind.

The topic of health is a very popular concern these days. Whether you’re chatting about health care reform or the latest fast acting diet pill you’ll most likely have everyone within the sound of your voice engaged in the conversation. The conversation will more than likely continue to buzz along for hours if you have the time.

However, should you decide to bring up the subject of colon cleansing the room will clear faster than a room darkens once the lights are switched off.

And yet, colon cleansing, while not a seemingly pleasant subject, is probably the only known cure for most of the recurring headaches, backaches, bloating and the extra 10 or so pounds most of us just can’t seem to lose. Without being too graphic, the majority of people who do not cleanse their colon at least twice a year, may want to read the information that has even attracted the attention of colon cancer researchers.

Fasting and digestion are two topics related to an individual’s overall health but rarely linked together. It is interesting to know that while fasting is most often thought of as a weight loss strategy, its impact on the digestion system can be dramatic.

A good example of fasting and digestion as self-supporting approaches to overall health and fitness, including quick weight loss, is the growing popularity of juice fasting. It may come as a surprise to know that traditional fasting with water can actually be an unhealthy practice.

It’s a fact that water, especially tap water, contains chemicals and other compounds that can damage your system. The good thing about fasting is your system becomes more efficient. However, when you drink water during your fast it is absorbed into your tissues and distributed more rapidly throughout your body, along with the toxins that are most likely riding along with the water.

The end result is one important fact, namely, juice fasting is better because it is healthier. Here are a few things to help understand more about the benefits of fasting, especially when fresh juices are the foundation of your fast.
