The All Natural Recipe
The all-natural liquid recipe for the Lemonade Cleanse is really quite simple. It consists of 4 ingredients that you can find in any grocery or health food store. Simply mix these ingredients into tasty lemonade. You will consume only this mixture for 10 days of Lemonade Cleansing.
The mixing and drinking of the lemonade mixture becomes a sort of ritualistic action for me. It allows me to meditate on my ability to improve myself naturally. I am excited to share it with all of you, as Stanley Burroughs intended it.
Lemonade Cleanse Recipe (1 serving)
- 2 tablespoons (or half of a lemon) of Fresh Lemon Juice.
- 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.
- 1/10 of a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper.
- 1 – 2 cups of Purified Water.
Start by taking a fresh, ripe, lemon and rolling it on a cutting board. This will loosen the fibers and juice inside. In your juicer or by hand, squeeze 2 tablespoons of the lemon (about half of the lemon) into a large cup. Measure 2 tablespoons of the pure maple syrup, 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1-2 cups of purified water.
Mix well with a spoon and drink immediately. Do not premix your mixture because it will lose the live enzymes and vitamins that are essential to this diet. Drink about 10 servings of this lemonade throughout the day. Remember to drink plenty of purified water throughout the day as well.
You will also probably need some Additional Accessories to prepare the mixture properly. These include things like water purifiers, juicers, and laxatives for the daily detox.
