Ask yourself, why are you doing the Lemonade Cleanse? Are you using this diet as a quick way to lose weight for that upcoming wedding? Are you planning to completely revitalize your eating habits? Are you just trying to feel better overall? I have found that users of the Master Cleanse vary greatly in their post-cleanse plans.
Some people return immediately back to their old habits of eating. Others use the Lemonade Cleanse to reverse their bad eating habits once and for all. Many others fall right in the middle of these two extremes. There is no right or wrong way, but keep in mind that Maintaining Your Weight and remaining healthy requires upkeep on your part. It does not hurt to practice Repeat Cleansing once or twice a year as well.
In My Experience
I wanted to change my eating habits after doing the Master Cleanse. I found that becoming a vegetarian was easy. It was simply a gradual result of my feeling better and wanting to keep the weight off. I am not advising you to give up meat or become health nut. That is your choice.
